During this online kick-off we have formed a management plan and steering committee, prepare internal partnership agreements defining the role and responsibilities of each partner, prepare the financial plan and presenting the rules, define the quality monitoring approach, set up and present the online tools to be used in management and communication (online project management tools and google docs),conduct risk analysis and mitigation, prepare dissemination monitoring templates, define participant selection criteria and prepare-good practice description templates.
