C4 in Poland: Entrepreneurial Thinking in Poland
12 educators from 6 partner organizations attended the 4th LTTA in Poland. Participants were selected based on their experience in working with vulnerable adults and knowledge of non-formal education (NFE). The activity lasted for 5 days and combined a training course with fieldwork and visits to identified good practices.
The training focused on teaching adult learners facing multiple discrimination about entrepreneurship, using the EntreComp conceptual model. Emphasis was placed on methodologies for working with vulnerable groups, covering topics such as identifying opportunities, understanding available resources, and implementing ideas.
The second part of the LTTA consisted of fieldwork, where participants visited local organizations working in adult education and with groups facing multiple discrimination. The findings from these visits contributed to the development of the compendium and expanded the international networks of educators and organizations.
On the final day, an evaluation session was held to assess the LTTAs and identify areas for improvement in future projects. The results included a better understanding of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial thinking, NFE methods, increased international dimension of adult education, and contributions to the compendium’s development.
